Our goal is to help you strengthen basic skills, reach essential milestones, and build the formal competence needed to succeed in the Norwegian job market.

Whether you want to teach a craft, share your professional expertise, or find an audience for your ideas, we provide the space and support to make it happen. Community, Networking & Guidance

Future Skills & Digital Tools
As an innovation in training, we teach you how to use modern technology to your advantage. We show you how to use digital tools and AI as a personal assistant — whether it’s for practicing language, writing a strong CV, or navigating Norwegian systems. We provide you with crucial "future skills" (framtidskompetanse) that give you a real competitive edge in education and work.
